Tarragon Property Services L.L.C. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Glacier Run property in Puyallup, WA. The role offers Sunday–Thursday, 8 am–5 pm hours, full benefits, and a $24.50–$30/hr base with a monthly bonus.

Join a team focused on safety, functionality, and a welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, completing work orders, and rotating on-call shifts.

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trades.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Glacier Run - 12020 Sunrise Blvd E, Puyallup, WA 98374

What We Require:

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
