Job Title: Leasing Associate

Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team at the Springs at Mundelein residential apartment community in Mundelein, Illinois.

You will be responsible for guiding your success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction, helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through performance incentives

Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process, identify and address potential residents' needs, and close sales
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Understand and communicate pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events using creativity

Skills Needed:

• Previous sales and customer service experience required
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform desk work and community tours, with physical ability to navigate stairs in some units; proficient in using computers, telephones, and office equipment
