You will source tenants, negotiate terms, and travel nationwide as you learn from senior team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the deal process from prospecting through completion with Senior Leasing Representatives.
• Travel nationwide for prospecting trips to identify new and exciting opportunities.
• Attend tenant meetings to gain negotiation exposure.
• Assist with the analysis of deal terms and economics.
• Prepare proposals and marketing materials for active deals.
• Identify new tenant opportunities for the portfolio and personal deal flow.

This developmental role will expose you to the behind the scenes of high-impact real estate deals while you work to develop your own deal pipeline. The team's mission is to bring together vibrant regional and national brands to develop unique shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. This is a revenue driving role ideal for relationship-oriented individuals who want to build a career in commercial real estate. You will be directly involved with sourcing tenants and negotiating deals. Experience in sales is not required - we're committed to teaching you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your drive to learn, willingness to be challenged, and motivation to grow in a fast-paced environment. Leasing Associates typically advance to the Leasing Representative role in 6 – 18 months.
