Job summary

Volunteers of America Oklahoma seeks a Leasing Assistant for an on-site role at an independent living community for seniors and residents with disabilities. You will provide administrative support, greet residents, and help manage renewals and move-ins in a resident-facing setting.

The position runs 8-5, Monday through Friday, with a $18.00–$19.00/hour pay range and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including insurance, PTO, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1 year of college coursework or administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, telephone contacts and mail in a professional, expedient manner.
• Greet visitors, screen calls, schedule appointments and organize required activities.
• Present property and apartments in a manner consistent with the property image.
• Assist in lease renewal process.
• Assist in collecting late rent and other monies due.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist with follow-up calls, maintenance requests and bank deposits.
