Job summary

Core Spaces in Bloomington, IN, is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate who will be the spark of excitement for prospective residents. You’ll build rapport, guide prospects through the leasing process, and showcase our floorplans with a customer service focus.

This role requires a high school diploma, a fast-paced mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll participate in campus outreach, events, and tours, while supporting marketing efforts and ensuring a positive leasing

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand their housing needs.
  • Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning our floorplans with prospects' lifestyle preferences.
  • Conduct informative tours of our community for prospective students, parents, groups, etc., highlighting unique features and amenities that make Hub the best place to live.
  • Execute daily outreach efforts on campus and in student hotspots throughout the market to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Organize and participate in events to spread brand awareness and attract potential future residents.
  • Must be available to work a full shift which is a minimum of 3 hours per shift.
  • Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by New Development Manager or New Development Specialist.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as needed.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job.
  • This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Position Overview
