Job summary

Citizens is seeking an Analysis and Reporting Analyst to join the Retail Strategy & Leasing Team within the Property Services organization. You will lead data management and analysis of lease and facility data for 1,000+ locations across 15 states and DC, driving strategic planning and decision making with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing lease data, building KPIs, forecasting rent and operating expenses, and delivering regular leasing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in data visualization.
• Experience with lease data and analytics is a plus.
• Hours per Week: 40

Responsibilities

• Manage lease related data to ensure proper organization and communication of key lease items and deadlines.
• Partner with stakeholders including brokerage, facility management, and business lines to keep up-to-date records for retail sites.
• Build and track KPIs for leasing processes.
• Forecast rent and operating expense changes and potential savings or revenue from dispositions.
• Regularly report leasing activity to real estate and supported business lines.
