The Breeden Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a leasing consultant to guide prospective residents through the rental process, present available units, and help qualified applicants complete the paperwork for a timely move-in.

You will engage with residents, prospects, and maintenance staff using strong communication and sales skills. The role is on-site with emphasis on customer service and effective leasing.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• Sales, customer service and basic computer skills.
• Interaction with other employees and the public – Must interact with residents, prospects, team members and maintenance.
• Physical demands – Walking, standing, and sitting for long periods at times.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in.
