The Breeden Company in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a leasing agent to conduct market surveys, engage prospects, and guide them through the rental process. You will greet visitors, present available units, and help qualified applicants complete the paperwork for timely move-in.

Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills are essential. Some college is preferred. You will collaborate with residents, staff, and maintenance to ensure a positive leasing experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Physical demands – Walking, standing, and sitting for long periods at times.
