Job summary

The Breeden Company is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clerical assistant for Westlake Apartments in Richmond, VA. You will support leasing activities, field inquiries, and process applications to help ensure smooth move-ins for residents.

The ideal candidate has some college, strong sales and customer service abilities, basic computer skills, and the ability to interact with residents, prospects, staff, and maintenance. This role requires standing and walking as part of daily duties.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

PRIMARY DUTIES

include but are not limited to:

• The position is responsible for completing market surveys.
• To be a community ambassador and have excellent communication skills and outstanding sales techniques.
• Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
