Job summary

Fetch Home Management LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Assistant Leasing Property Manager to assist the Property Manager with leasing processes across our properties. You will maintain comprehensive lease documentation, ensure lease compliance, and facilitate lease renewals.

You will handle tenant inquiries, screen applicants, maintain records, coordinate showings, and stay compliant with local housing laws. Collaboration with the Property Manager is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Real Estate License is required.
  • 1–3 years of property management or related experience preferred.

Job description

The Assistant Leasing Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to execute the leasing processes for the company’s properties. This individual is responsible for maintaining comprehensive lease documentation, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and facilitating the lease renewal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver swift and professional responses to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring optimal customer service.
  • Engage in the comprehensive screening of potential tenants, entailing the execution of background checks and facilitation of lease signings.
  • Organize and maintain accurate lease records and documents, ensuring a high standard of administrative efficiency.
  • Oversee with the adherence to lease agreements vigilantly, while managing lease renewal procedures to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Offer support in lease negotiation and termination activities, demonstrating a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
  • Coordinate and facilitate property viewings, providing comprehensive assistance to prospective tenants during showings.
  • Stay abreast of local housing laws and regulations, ensuring that all leasing practices are compliant with the applicable standards and legislations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Property Manager and other team members, fostering a unified approach to all leasing activities.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and able to drive.
  • Regularly required to perform manual tasks, sit, stand, and walk.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and on site at client locations, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in property management or related roles is preferred.

    • 3 Years Preferred
    • Real Estate License (Required)
