Job summary

Arboreal Management is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a Portland metro portfolio. You will drive financial performance, mentor on-site teams, and shape Arboreal’s growth while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Lead operations across multiple properties, recruit and develop teams, and optimize occupancy and NOI. This role offers autonomy and a path to regional leadership as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Oregon Property Manager License is required.
• Experience managing multiple apartment communities or a large multifamily portfolio.
• Strong financial and operational acumen is essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills are expected.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities throughout the Portland metro area. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, mentoring on-site teams, improving resident experience, and helping shape the next phase of Arboreal’s growth.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of an experienced leadership team, and the opportunity to influence how we operate as we continue to expand.

What You’ll Do
