The Tipton Group is seeking a Leasing Agent for a 205-unit community in Arlington, TX. This role focuses on welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process.

You will greet residents, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and work with the team to maintain occupancy. Strong customer service, sales mindset, and OneSite knowledge are preferred. Pre-employment screening applies, and The Tipton Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience
• Working knowledge of OneSite property management software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents
• Provide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork
• Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite
• Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service
• Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals
