Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of leasing conventional apartments.
• Proven sales ability and close-rate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Polished, professional appearance; flexible weekends required.
• Willing to live within 20 miles of the property or relocate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications and process leasing paperwork.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence.
• Support the Property Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly, professional demeanor.
