Multifamily experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualificações

• Experience in leasing, property management or real estate, with knowledge of Fair Housing rules.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, screenings and lease processes accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants and guide them through the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours and highlight unit features and amenities.
• Assist with applications, document collection, and lease negotiations.
• Screen applicants via background and credit checks per policy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and respond to tenant inquiries promptly.
