Job summary

Cornerstone Residential in Washington state is seeking a Leasing Agent to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and process rental applications for our apartment communities.

You will secure leases, support renewal activity, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while contributing to occupancy goals and client satisfaction. This is a full-time role with weekday hours and a compensation range of $19–$20 per hour plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably property management.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service considered.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet applicants, schedule tours, and process rental applications.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and assist with renewals.
• Maintain occupancy levels and support advertising/marketing efforts.
• Provide accurate information and uphold Fair Housing laws and company policy.
• Maintain resident files and help with reporting/document management.
