Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Sedona Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. The role involves greeting prospects, presenting and signing leases, and maintaining resident files.

Experience in multifamily housing or customer service is preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus. You will work with a team to build resident relations, perform leasing duties, and support property management.

• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software.
• Have good verbal and written communication.

• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
• Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at the Sedona Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $19/hrs plus $75 leasing bonuses, Two-weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
