Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, self-starting Leasing Specialist to manage the end-to-end prospect experience. You will be the primary point of contact for provided leads, responsible for turning inquiries into residents through excellent communication and seamless coordination.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Promptly respond to provided leads and manage initial inquiries. Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm showing appointments that fit both the prospect's and the property's schedule. Property Tours: Conduct engaging, professional showings of available units, highlighting key features and amenities. Application Guidance: Assist prospects through the application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted for review. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Availability: Must be punctual and organized to manage a schedule of multiple daily appointments. Professionalism: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on providing great customer service.

*Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel between properties for showings.*
