As a Leasing Agent, you'll work closely with an experienced team while learning the fundamentals of apartment leasing, resident relations, and property operations. You'll receive guidance and training as you develop the skills needed to succeed and grow within our organization.
Competitive Pay - $18 - 20 hourly.
The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

Welcome prospective residents and provide professional tours of available apartments and community amenities
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Assist applicants with completing rental applications and lease documentation
Conduct credit and background screenings in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and resident files
Answer resident questions and direct service requests appropriately
Assist with marketing efforts to promote community occupancy
Support the property management team with daily administrative responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every resident interaction
High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 year of customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or related experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including email and word processing applications
Willingness to learn and accept coaching from supervisors
Previous leasing or apartment industry experience
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental housing regulations
Experience with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
