You will greet prospective residents, respond to inquiries, schedule tours, explain pricing and lease terms, and assist with the application process in a fast-paced leasing office.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is computer-savvy, highly organized, and able to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; some Saturdays (10am-5pm) required
Schedule Flexibility: When working a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off.

Greet and assist prospective and current residents in a professional and personable manner
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Schedule and conduct apartment tours
Explain community amenities, apartment features, pricing, and lease terms
Assist prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process
Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
Perform general office and administrative duties
Follow up with prospective residents and leads
Provide excellent customer service and address resident questions or concerns
Work closely with the property management team to meet community goals
Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office and community environment
Previous customer service experience required
Previous leasing, apartment, property management, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly, and personable demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Reliable and dependable
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed
