Job summary

Stratum LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent for Northplace Apartment Homes in Salem, OR. This full-time role offers a $18–$24 per hour range (DOE) plus a $50/month phone stipend.

You will tour a 405-door community, assist applicants, process leases, and support marketing efforts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include guiding applicants through leasing, move-ins, renewals, maintaining accurate files, and keeping the leasing office professional and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Driver's license and auto insurance required
• Lease-up experience a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Location: Salem, OR (Northplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time |Wednesday - Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch

About the Property

Northplace Apartment Homes is a new community in Salem, OR. This role is an essential part of our lease up team with our 405-door community next door. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up.

Physical Requirements

Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
