Job summary

Stratum in Salem, OR is seeking a Leasing Agent for Northplace Apartment Homes. This full-time role leads tours, guides applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals, and maintains accurate resident files.

You will track leads, support leasing and marketing, respond to inquiries, and help maintain a clean, professional leasing office. A $50 monthly phone stipend is provided, and the position is non-exempt with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Lease-up experience a plus.

Leasing Agent - Apartments | $20-24/hr + Perks

Location: Salem, OR (Northplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time |Wednesday - Sunday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)

• Spanish speaking preferred but not required

About the Property

Northplace Apartment Homes is a new community in Salem, OR. This role is an essential part of our lease up team with our 405-door community next door. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up.

Physical Requirements

Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
