Role Overview:

As a Leasing Agent at Place 2B Properties, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience for our clients, and contribute to the achievement of our mission and vision. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy a vibrant and positive work environment.

This is a part time position: Hours Monday to Friday 9am-2pm (hours negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist potential tenants in the leasing process, including application completion and property tours.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective tenants and ensure a positive experience.
3. Collaborate with the property management team to maintain property occupancy and ensure leasing goals are met.
4. Handle lease and rental inquiries and facilitate the resolution of tenant issues when necessary.
5. Support the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenants.
