Description

Westgrove Tower Condominiums Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Agent to help market and lease apartments for our affordable property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills/ Common Tasks

• Lease apartments and promote the amenities, products, and services of the property to prospects
• Process applications
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours
• Collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in
• Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in
• Assist with planning and hosting resident events
• Assist residents with the move-out process

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in sales, leasing, or affordable property management required
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays required
• Experience with Realpage (Onesite) preferred
