Job summary

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is seeking a Leasing Agent for a 155-unit Burlington Tower community in NW Portland. The role involves answering phones, greeting residents, touring prospects, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and related documents. Location: Burlington Tower, NW Portland.

Hourly rate: $19.00-$22.00/hr. Schedule: Full-Time, Tue-Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• One year of property management/sales/leasing experience is a plus.
• Basic MS365 knowledge including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and high energy.
• Ability to adhere to landlord/tenant laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.

Job description

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for a 155-unit apartment community of Burlington Tower.

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

Location: Burlington Tower | NW Portland

Hourly Rate: $19.00-$22.00/hr.

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00AM-6:00PM PST

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

What you will bring as a Leasing Agent

• One (1) year of previous customer service experience is required.
• One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
• Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed.
• High School degree or equivalent.
