Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Leasing Agent for Burlington Tower, a 155-unit community in NW Portland. You will handle phone inquiries, greet prospects, tour apartments, market vacancies, and prepare leases with precision.

The position is full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, with a $19.00–$22.00 hourly rate and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management, sales, or leasing is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and high energy.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.

Job description

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for a 155-unit apartment community of Burlington Tower.

Amenities at this apartment community include Community Lounge, Fitness Center, and Monthly Resident Events.

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

Hourly Rate

$19.00-$22.00/hr.

Schedule

Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00AM-6:00PM PST

Weekly Contracted Hours

40 hrs.

Additional Compensation

A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

What you will bring as a Leasing Agent

• One (1) year of previous customer service experience is required.
• One (1) year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
• Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run work-related errands when needed.
• High School degree or equivalent.
