Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Property Manager for Oak Creek Townhomes in Eugene, OR. This on-site role requires coordinating daily operations, marketing units, screening applicants, and handling rent collection with exceptional attention to detail.

The position offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate, and benefits. Candidates must have PM experience and a valid driver's license. The role requires living on-site at the community.

Qualifications

  • Entrata software experience preferred.
  • Basic MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) skills expected.
  • Basic math and bookkeeping abilities are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations for Oak Creek Townhomes.
  • Market properties, screen residents, collect rents, and issue notices.
  • Develop reports and prepare management agreements.
  • Coordinate on-site operations and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants.

Description

CRMG is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for 41-unit the apartment community of Oak Creek Townhomes. Amenities at this apartment community include on site laundry for those units with out washer and dryers.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. This position is required to live on-site.

Location: Oak Creek Townhomes (Eugene, OR)

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 32.5 hrs.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements
What you will bring as the Property Manager
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
