FirstService Residential in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Leasing Specialist to provide lease-up services for a multi-family community. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours and drive lead conversion to leases.
This full-time role includes marketing, processing applications, coordinating with maintenance, and reporting progress to the Property Manager to meet leasing goals. Requires strong customer service, Yardi experience and an AA/AS in business.

This position will require responsibility for leasing properties in accordance with policies and procedures set by management.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33319
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
