Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP in Plano, Texas is seeking a Leasing Agent to be the friendly face of our property management office. You will present and lease units to prospective residents, conduct tours, and ensure high occupancy through excellent service.

The role requires at least one year of leasing experience, knowledge of OneSite, and a HS diploma. Availability Monday–Saturday; full benefits including health and 401K are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a leasing agent.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite).
• High School diploma or GED required.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
• High School diploma/GED required
