Job summary

Tipton Asset Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent in San Antonio, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will be the public face of the management office and a key representative for residents.

Responsibilities include touring units, following up with prospects, and processing leasing forms and payments. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of leasing experience are required; Onesite knowledge and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite.
• Bilingual preferred.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• High School diploma/GED required
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
• Bilingual preferred
