Job summary

The Tipton Group in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will engage with residents, lead tours of units, and follow up with prospects to achieve high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities include establishing rapport, processing leasing forms, and collecting payments while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong teamwork and adherence to company objectives.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite.

The Job:We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service

• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
