Join us as a Leasing Agent at Blue Magma Residential

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to show and lease apartments to prospective residents and support the property's marketing plan under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete lease agreements and collect deposits
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showings and maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
• Understand lease terms, community policies, and current rental rates and amenities
• Engage with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Conduct outreach marketing weekly and develop resident retention programs
• Maintain accurate resident and property files and process administrative tasks efficiently
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and professionally
• Assist in rent collection and maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the apartment industry, with prior customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Resman management software
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
