Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage leasing and marketing of our property while ensuring target occupancy. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and proficiency with computers, plus strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with travel required to Lexington, KY for training. We offer a sign-on bonus, a 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, referral

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use standard software.
• Strong communication skills with residents, staff and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the leasing process and market the property.
• Show available units to prospective residents.
• Assist in projecting move-outs to maintain target occupancy.
• Screen applicants to determine eligibility.
• Complete paperwork and ensure leasing guidelines compliance.
• Maintain accurate tenant files and perform other tasks as assigned.

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property, and ensures target occupancy is maintained at all times. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and proficiency with computers.

Position Details:

• Job Type:Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Compensation:$16.00 per hour
