• Foster a welcoming environment by building strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Coordinate and participate in community events to promote resident engagement.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable, coordinating with maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with community policies and housing regulations, especially for senior and affordable housing contexts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident inquiries promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and managing files.

Required Work Hours
