Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional for Senior Apartments in California. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing exceptional service to seniors in a vibrant, independent living community. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing leasing activities and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process with professionalism and care.
• Manage and update the Yardi system to ensure all resident and property data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by building strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Coordinate and participate in community events and social activities to promote resident engagement.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable, coordinating with maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with community policies and housing regulations, especially in senior and affordable housing contexts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any resident inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and managing files.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Experience with the Yardi system is mandatory.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience in senior housing, affordable housing, HUD, or LIHTC communities preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional and compassionate approach when working with senior residents.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Desired Skills and Experience

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant with experience in apartment leasing, property management, resident relations, and lease administration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Yardi and have a strong background in customer service, sales, tenant relations, and occupancy management. Candidates should possess excellent communication and administrative skills, experience handling rental applications and lease agreements, and the ability to maintain positive resident relationships. Knowledge of fair housing practices, multifamily housing operations, and Microsoft Office is preferred. For our senior communities, experience with senior housing, affordable housing, HUD programs, or community engagement is highly desirable. Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
