Job summary

LHH is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 1-2 month contract in Oregon. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through screening and leasing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or related customer-facing experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Fair Housing training (proof of completion required).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable traveling between properties and tracking mileage.
  • Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We're partnering with a residential property management organization seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
  • Conduct property and unit tours, highlighting community features and amenities
  • Respond to leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and email
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and screening process
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address resident inquiries
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, perform unit inspections, and maintain documentation
  • Support day-to-day property operations and uphold community presentation standards
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or related customer-facing experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Compensation & Schedule
  • $24-$26/hour
