Job summary

Axiom Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for the North Region serving Gladstone and Kansas City, MO. You will greet prospects, present community features, and process leases while collaborating with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.

Requirements include a willingness to work occasional Saturdays, 1 year of multifamily experience preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Positive references are requested.

Leasing Agent

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and over 2,900 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.

Leasing Agent

APM is looking to add a Leasing Agent to our North Region which services our properties primarily in the Gladstone and Kansas City, MO area. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting prospects, presenting professionally the features and benefits of the community, securing lease agreements, qualifying new residents, and other tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Regional Manager.

The candidate must have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.

Base Hourly Rate: $18hr to $21/hr

Experience & Requirements:

• 1 year of multi-family experience preferred
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with property management software preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive references
