Job summary

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Community Manager ready to step into their first Community Manager role.

Community Manager

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team in the Overland Park, KS area. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the general oversight of multiple small apartment communities totaling approximately 135 units. The responsibilities include managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.

Up to $26/hr. based on experience

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-family experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Expert Yardi user a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
