Job summary

The Liberty Group in Gilbert, AZ is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to convert strong tours into signed leases. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow in a thriving multi-family portfolio.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring communities, securing leases, guiding applicants through screening, and maintaining a robust leasing pipeline. Weekend availability may be required based on peak touring hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

Preferred (not required)

• Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
