Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Grand Prairie, TX community. You will greet prospects, present the property, tour, and close on qualified residents, while supporting marketing initiatives and resident events.

Requirements include 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily or 2 years in customer service, strong organization, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in multifamily or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; active listening.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and convert prospects to residents.
• Support marketing efforts to promote the community and improve resident satisfaction.
• Process income, rental, and employment verifications to qualify applicants.
• Engage in online marketing and coordinate Resident Events.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory standards.
• Conduct property tours and maintain the model apartments and office.
