S2 Residential in North Richland Hills, TX seeks a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, tour the community, and convert inquiries into leases. You will partner with the management team to market the property and enhance resident satisfaction, while upholding fair housing and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of multifamily leasing experience or 2 years in customer service, strong organization and communication skills, and a valid driver license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience in a multifamily setting or 2 years in customer service.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
