Draper and Kramer, Incorporated is hiring a Leasing Agent for our Evanston, IL location. The role focuses on touring prospects, leasing apartments, processing applications and maintaining resident databases.

Strong communication and adaptability are essential to handle evolving duties while delivering great service. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in sales/customer service (leasing preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

The Leasing Agent’s responsibilities may vary slightly based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Evanston, IL.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating resident databases
• Process applications
• Responds to residents’ inquiries

Qualifications

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $23.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
