TheProperty Manager manages and coordinates all activities and available resources to achieve the property’s objective and the desired financial results. It is the Property Manager’s responsibility to know and adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, as well as all policies and procedures contained in the manual issued by Draper and Kramer, Incorporated or as otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to site employees.
