Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Leasing Agent role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area at Weins Development Group, LLC. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leases, lease administration, property management, residential leasing, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management
• Strong background in Residential Leasing
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Previous experience in residential property leasing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
