Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Multifamily property in California. You will assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.

You will maintain lease records, coordinate with the property team, address tenant concerns, support marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Proficiency in Yardi is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience with Yardi software is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, or senior housing programs is a plus.
