Jrk Residential Group in San Jose is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome visitors and guide them through the apartment search. You’ll greet people, conduct tours, answer questions, and help with move-in day to make the process smooth and welcoming.
This part-time role offers flexible weekend scheduling and commissions on leases. A high school diploma is required; prior leasing or sales experience is a plus, and strong people skills are essential.

As a part-time Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze.
*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.
Expected work hours: Must work part-time on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly
Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor

Work environment and physical demands: General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates
