Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Candidates should have experience in apartment leasing, Yardi, property management, resident relations, lease administration, customer service, sales, and tenant relations. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, multifamily housing operations, occupancy management, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience with affordable housing or senior housing communities is a plus. Strong communication, marketing, lead generation, customer retention, and administrative skills are essential. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred.
