Job summary

WMFHA in Aurora, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process rental applications in line with fair housing laws.

Salary is hourly, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, disability, 401(k) with match, and apartment rental discounts. The role requires Saturday availability and a CO driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every Saturday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
