Job summary

Crystal Property Services is seeking an on-site Leasing Agent in Atlanta, GA to serve as the face of our multifamily properties. You will connect with prospective residents, showcase homes, and guide them through pricing, floor plans, and neighborhood insights, delivering personalized tours and seamless experiences.

In this role, you will manage communications across channels, maintain lead records, and collaborate with property teams to ensure smooth move-ins and high resident satisfaction,

Qualifications

• Experience with calling platforms.
• Familiarity with lead management workflows.
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with prospective residents and build genuine rapport from first contact.
• Guide prospects through the leasing journey by providing detailed information on pricing, floor plans, amenities, availability, and neighborhood insights.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, prepare for and conduct in-person or virtual tours, and deliver personalized experiences.
• Manage and respond to all prospect communications (phone, email, text, chat) quickly and effectively.
• Follow up with prospects post-tour to answer questions and support them through the application process.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including cross-selling sister properties within our portfolio when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of lead activity, communications, and application progress.
• Collaborate with the property and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth move-in and high resident satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings.
• Represent the values and service standards of Crystal Property Services with a positive and polished approach.
