Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago is offering a Leasing Advisory Intern position to start a career in the fast‑paced commercial real estate market. You will assist leasing brokerage, support with data gathering, and help prepare client materials for both Occupier and Landlord sides.

You will work with senior brokers on business development, market analysis, and presentations, while gaining exposure to CRM tools and a strong MS Office skillset.

Qualifikationen

• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Aufgaben

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel‑based analytical tools and financial models for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL’s brokerage software and CRM programs.
