Role Summary

Support the Market Leader by managing business operations, facilitating communication, and assisting with leasing activities. Be a pivotal part of a dynamic, global team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel and organize broker open houses and events.
  • Assist with lease generation, processing, and data management in spreadsheets and Salesforce.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and internal/external communications.
  • Support other departments and take on new projects as needed.
  • Serve as office manager, overseeing supplies, IT support, and repairs.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and accounting/travel software.
  • Proactive team player with excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Discretion handling confidential information and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • High school diploma or GED with related experience.
Compensation

Salary range: $26.92 - $37.02 per hour, commensurate with experience and location. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
